Canvas opacity does not change automatically with preferences

You need to update the canvas after changing the Outline overlay opacity at the Rendering section of the Preferences dialog to see the effects.

Reproduction

• Open Inkscape
• Switch to Outline Overlay (View > Display Mode > Outline Overlay)
• Open the Preferences Dialog (Ctrl + P)
• Change the Outline overlay opacity at the Rendering section.

Consecuences

You need to update the canvas (click/scroll/zoom) to see the effects.
