AppImage download of Inkscape 1.0 for Linux not available

Steps to reproduce:

• open https://inkscape.org/release/1.0/gnulinux/
• try to download via web browser or using wget at Linux terminal the AppImage version of Inkscape

What happened?

Does not download. Browser remains querying but download never starts. In the end of waiting the error message:

Error 503 between bytes timeout
between bytes timeout

Looks like redirection does not work or link broken.

What should have happened?

AppImage file save as window should be opened with question where to save the AppImage file and when starting the download, it should finish and download fully functional AppImage file and it should start the Inkscape program.

• Inkscape Version: when download succeed then hopefully 1.0
• Operating System: Linux Mint with MATE desktop
• Operating System version: 19.3
