Boolean LPE scales only one path if "Scale stroke width" disabled

Steps to reproduce:

1. New document
2. Add two rectangles
3. Union them with Boolean LPE
4. Transform -> Scale width to 10%

What happened?

Only one of the rectangles is scaled

What should have happened?

Entire path should have been scaled.
