system info displayed for the forum

Hi Friends,

This is another one of those tiny little details, which helps the forum to run more smoothly. For almost every message posted, those people who are answering the questions need to know the member's operating system and Inkscape version.

In Inkscape Community, I added that custom info to the profile, which members are offered to fill out upon registration. It's displayed in their messages by default, even if the member does not create any other profile info. I find it has better than 90% participation, even though it's optional. (InkscapeForum does not have anything, and we always have to ask the member for that info, and so it takes more time before they can have their questions answered.)

It doesn't matter to me, exactly how this would be implemented in the new forum. But just some way to have this info available for those people who answer questions, would be a huge help.

Oh hey! Would it be possible to add these 2 fields to the New Topic form? Wow, that would be awesome!
