Saves don't take effect
I'm editing this whole message, since it turned out to be a different problem than I thought. Here's how to reproduce the problem.
1 -- Edit some text, or something on the page.
2 -- Click Save
Result - Edits are saved.
3 -- Enter the editor and edit some more text
4 -- Click Save
Results - Edits are not saved.
5 - Refresh the page
Results - The edits take effect now.
I know I saw on the mailing list that a big upgrade is coming in the relatively near future. Maybe this will end up being fixed. I'm not sure if I necessarily will have some reason to edit a page after this project with Report Bugs page is finished. But if you need an update on this after the upgrade, just post and ask, and I'll do a test to find out if it was fixed.
Thanks!

PS - I've been using the link at the bottom of the editor for "Markdown" but it's really annoying. Is there any way to get either plain text, or a wyiswyg editor? Maybe there's a global setting for the whole account or something? I tried User Settings, but no luck. If I can figure out how, I'm going to delete my other messages (I mean in this Issue), since they aren't needed anymore.
Yes, it's been quite a while since I used the website's text editor. I searched, didn't find any similar issues.
[edit - learned more about this problem since I first posted - see next message for more info]
I've applied an h2 heading in 3 places. When I highlight and look at Format menu, it shows h2 heading. But when I Save the page, h3 heading is displayed. I also switched to Source view, to confirm the html is correctly showing h2, and yes it is.
Not sure how long this page will stay like it is, but for the moment, please see https://inkscape.org/en/report-bugs-2-edit/?edit&language=en
The headings above those top 3 series of bullet list are coded for h2, and identified as h2. But they display as h3.
If this doesn't get closed, I'll keep it updated, in case something changes as I work on it.
Thanks :-)
PS - Using SeaMonkey for browser, if it matters. I'll try with Firefox, and post again if there's any change.
Also, there's an h2 heading elsewhere on the page, displayed correctly. Also, I copied the original Report Bugs page onto this new page, and started to edit (so far, adding new contents).
