Image plugin: no copy created on copying containing text plugin using the built-in feature

When I copy 'all plugins from English' into a translation, this creates new plugin IDs for texts and links, but not for images. Their IDs are identical to the English ones, and subsequently, any changes (link, style, title text) to the image in the translation results in a change in the English original.
