redesign plan using Penpot

I talked with @doctormo about previous attempts to redesign the site, and the main problem was thats is a long process and a lot of times the contributor that started it leave in the middle of the work.

So I suggested a more collaborative approach. we need to open a Penpot project. any designer can join the project and start working on mockups. and if any the project stop because the main designer leave, another designer can pick it from there and continue the work.

we need to work on a little design manifest to make it easy to everyone to know what the direction of the redesign going to be. (and its a very good practice in any design process. even if its just one designer. we need to understand deeply the goals)

the designers need a very clear vision of the website goals. we will formulate a manifest. so, I would like to discuss about it here.
