utils/init errors with "No module named django.core.management"
I ran into this trying to run on ubuntu 14.04 so reinstalled a fresh system with ubuntu 16.04 and got the same error:

The README and the docs at http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite#Website_Development do not mention any other pre-requisites or preliminary setup between cloning the git repo and running utils/init, so I'm a left a bit perplexed what to do to troubleshoot this. I've attempted include apt-get installing various python and django that sound pertinent, but errors the same.
The first time I ran the script it complained about pythonenv being missing, attempted to install it, then complained about being unable to find 'datetime'. I installed python3-datetime and then manually installed python-virtualenv python3-virtualenv virtualenv, and that seemed to satisfy the pythonenv error, but then the above error resulted.
All of the above is using the current git snapshot of inkscape-web. I also have an older version taken from bzr, which had been working fine on 14.04 but now errors during utils/init with an import error "No module named datetime".
