Add an easy and parseable page to list and get download URLs of source tarballs
Packagers need a simple URL scheme to get tarball history, which they could rely on ideally for decades. Up to now, debian looked at https://launchpad.net/inkscape/+download "and then look at something that matches /inkscape[-_]?(\d[-+.:~\da-zA-Z]*)(?i).(?:tar.xz|tar.bz2|tar.gz|zip|tgz|tbz|txz)/ "
but the ideal thing for packagers would look like http://pypi.debian.net/sphinx : a simple list in a page containing only that with a small and predictable URL. I was thinking something like inkscape.org/source/ for the list and inkscape.org/source/inkscape-{version}.tar.xz for a direct URL (instead of the current redirects through https://inkscape.org/release/inkscape-${version}/source/dl/)
