Consistency checking needed

Your task is to check for:

• consistent use of terms as defined in the Wiki
• consistent use of styling, i.e. same style for all keyboard shortcuts (tag "kbd"), same style for all first mentions of a tool (e.g. bold), same style for all menu items (to be determined), same style for headings, etc.
• inconsistencies in chapters mentioning other chapters ('as is explained in...' must be correct)

The task can be done by a small group.

• Introduction
• Draw with Geometric Shapes
• Draw With Freehand Tool
• Color
• Text
• Advanced Techniques

List of style elements:

• keyboard shortcuts: <kbd>
• menu items: ? , maybe: <span class="menu-item">, use triangle: File ▸ Save as... and perhaps background color/bolding/different font to highlight.
• other user interface: ?, maybe: <span class="interface"> - could use same style as above
• Notes with additional info: boxes, perhaps? e.g. <div class="note">
• Images /could/ be converted to figures, but no GUI, so perhaps not? Having image captions would be cool, though.
