Place pivot point under cursor with modifier+click

I always waste time looking for the rotation center of an object in a mess of paths and guides (sometimes even when it's at the center of the object). Being able to just click somewhere and have it under my cursor would make it a lot easier.

Since shift+click (on the pivot) is already used to reset its position, I suggest Ctrl+click (anywhere on canvas) to place it under the cursor.
