Icons in context menu do not use custom symbolic icon color

Steps to reproduce:

  • open Inkscape
  • set a color for symbolic icons
  • just to be safe, close and reopen Inkscape

What happened?

  • context menu icons do not use symbolic color
  • some icons in the context menu seem to use the wrong icon set

What should have happened?

  • the icons in the context menu should all use the same icon set and the symbolic color that was selected

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

  • Inkscape Version: 1.0alpha2 (d608e91480, 2019-07-14)
  • Operating System: Linux Mint 19.2
