text missplaced position to the path in LaTeX export (.eps)

Steps to reproduce:

1. open attached SVG-file:
2. export it as .eps with "omit text in PDF and create LaTeX file" and "Use documents page size"

What happened?

The .eps only contains the size of the path-ojects-size not of the page-size.

What should have happened?

Both path-objects-size and page-size should be saved in the .eps file.

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 1.0alpha (d7d7b92, 2019-04-16)
• Operating System: Windows 10
• Operating System version: 1803!
