.PDF export command line generates unexpected result

In previous version this command generates a proper .pdf (see attach expected_result.pdf) with the content of specified layer (via -i command):

$ inkscape sample.svg -i "layer2" -A out.pdf

But in latest 0.92.4 this command just creates a .PDF with all layer content with wrong size. In previous versions was be handy to exclude content outside margin document. I attached out.pdf to illustrate this problem.

This neither work adding the -C flag, which suposely should export items using canvas dimenssions.
