unicode runes rendered incorrectly (FreeBSD)
Steps to reproduce:
Create a text and copy&paste an unicode rune into it
What happened?
The runes are rendered as small, superscript latin letters (or sometimes digits) instead of runes. The wrong characters are rendered almost in the same place unless horizontal kerning is added manually.
Strangely enough, the preview in the text-tool panel does show the runes correctly.
What should have happened?
The text in the drawing should look like the preview in the text panel.
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 0.92.4
- Operating System: FreeBSD
- Operating System version: 12.0-STABLE r343741 amd64
Example file: Inkscape file with nothing but a text consisting of the letters "abc" (which are rendered correctly), then two smileys (also correctly rendered), and then two runes (incorrectly rendered). Also note that the cursor is at the end of the text, but displayed left to the g (which represents the second rune).
