Taper Stroke LPE visual width changed after scaling
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- create path with some stroke width
- apply Taper Stroke LPE for this path
- duplicate path
- scale duplicated path
What happened?
Visual width of scaled path will be different from the original path. It's important that at the same time taper stroke's preferenses doesn't change, numerical stroke width remains the same. The latter circumstance confuses even more, because strokes with the same numeric width can be visually different and vice versa — strokes with absolutely different numeric width can be about the same by visual width.
What should have happened?
In all previous versions of Inkscape (0.92.3 and below) the stroke remains the same after scaling (see attached image). Is it bug or feature in new versions? And if it is feature, how to disable it?
Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 0.92.4 and 1.0alpha (a456169068, 2019-02-26)
- Operating System: Ubuntu
- Operating System version: 16.04
