Suggestion: Add Video-Formats to Page Sizes (Document Properties Dialog)

Just checked out the Inkscape v1.0 Beta and saw that there are no Video presets. Vector Software like Inkscape is commonly used to design Credits for films as well, so i think it would be a nice service to the users to add the common video format sizes the page template list.
