Moving objects with markers slow with Fill and Stroke Dialog open

Continuation for #1234 (closed) since I can't reopen it.

A minimal reproduction:

When the arrows are dragged with mouse, they visibly update their position only after mouse stops moving. Tested with Inkscape 1.1-dev (5c5a1c4, 2019-12-25) on Windows 10 x64.

Both arrows have marker-end in their style. If I remove them, the arrows start updating their position when mouse moves. There is still visible jitter but not as much when moving a 1024 edged polygon.

All measurements were done with mark 1 eyeball and a 144hz monitor.
