Color System in Fill and Stroke is specific to every option
#### Summary: Changing the color system (and color wheel visibility) in one of the tabs of Fill and Stroke does not change it in other tabs. #### Steps to reproduce: - Open Inkscape - Draw any shape - Open Fill and Stroke - In Fill > Flat color, change the color system to something it is not already set to. - Go to a different dialog, say Fill > Linear gradient. Note: All combinations of Fill/Stroke paint > Flat color/Linear gradient/Radial gradient can be tested. Gradients share the same settings though within Fill or Stroke paint. #### What happened? The color system (and color wheel visibility) did not change in other tabs. #### What should have happened? The color system (and color wheel visibility) should have also changed in other tabs, maintaining consistency. #### Inkscape Version and Operating System: Replicated on 2 Systems: System 1 - Inkscape Version: Inkscape 1.3-dev - Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS System 2 - Inkscape Version: Inkscape 1.2.2 - Operating System: Windows 11 22H2
