I wondered why its necessary to press "Set" everytime I change the object properties of a node. We work very frquently with those and an the requirement to press it all the time is annoying and it gets forgotten very fast. I would appreciate an option that make the properties persisting automaticly when save the document or when switching the node #### Steps to reproduce: - open Inkscape - select any node in the XML Editor - modify description in the "Object Properties" - save the document - switch the node #### What happened? It doesn't get saved. #### What should have happened? The description should be saved #### Inkscape Version and Operating System: - Inkscape Version: 1.1.2 - Operating System version: Windows Cannot attach an example file since they are from the company. It should be reproducable with every document. #### Note Maybe this is different with the version 1.2, but we have other problems with v1.2 so we cant switch.
