With small palettes, of 5 palette size options, only 2 are different
#### Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- try to change the size of the palette
#### What happened?
- The last (huge) option does what it should, the other four options all yield the same size (maybe large?).
#### What should have happened?
- The palette should resize normally, as in 0.92.4
#### Inkscape Version and Operating System:
- Inkscape Version: 1.0alpha2 (d608e91480, 2019-07-14)
- Operating System: Linux Mint 19.2
