Suggestion: Create an object like a rectangle by clicking somewhere on the canvas and have a dialogue pop up

Currently, when I want a rectangle of precise width/height, I have to create a rectangle with the mouse and then move the cursor up to the toolbar in order to input the values. I'd rather save me the time and just click anywhere on the canvas, input the values (and maybe the position) and be done.
