Add "meters" units in Measure Segments path filter
#### Summary:
Add option to choose "meters" as units in the "Measure Segments" path effect
#### Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a path
2. Apply the Measure Segments path effect to it
3. See the available units
#### What happened?
"Meters" cannot be picked as a unit. The largest unit is cm. This makes marking floor plans cumbersome
