#### Steps to reproduce: So, as not everyone may be aware of this feature, here's a short gif:  So, Inkscape has a feature that I hadn't known about, which is that it allows you to move the rotation center, and to use the moved rotation center as a center point for scaling with Shift (around the center). #### What happened? This feature is highly undiscoverable. #### What should have happened? The rotation center should be renamed to 'transformation center' (or does that sound too much like an institution from '1984'?), and it should be movable not only in rotation/skew mode, but also in scale mode. I am not aware of anything that would interfere with this - gradient handles aren't accessible with selection tool by default, and those new little 'move' X-shaped handles are only available in the shape tools.
