When Caps Lock is engaged, the wrong keyboard shortcuts are triggered on macOS

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create a shape on the canvas
• Engage Caps Lock
• Click on the shape you've just created and attempt to duplicate it using Cmd + D

What happened?

The 'Document properties' dialog appears (Cmd + Shift + D)

What should have happened?

A successful duplication of the shape should have been performed.

Similarly, when Caps Lock is engaged, Object -> Ungroup (Cmd + Shift + G) is triggered when using the Cmd + G shortcut.
