Saved SVG doesn't display on the web (FireFox, Chrome)

Summary:

Saved SVG doesn't display on the web (FireFox, Chrome)

Steps to reproduce:

I created circle with greenish color and black outline:

Opened in FireFox and Chrome, but it is empty.

Then I save it as Optimized SVG and it didn't even save the circle in Optimized SVG.

P.S.: After playing around with tools and options and tweaking around, i've found out, that it only happened with non-closed circles. I.e.: when circle tool is enabled, there are arc shaped figures on the toolbar on the top right and a full circle at the end. When the circle object is changed to full circle and saved, it is displayed on the browser, if it's set as an arc, it's not displayed and not even exported in optimized svg.

P.S.2: Same thing happens to star objects. Star objects don't show up on the web and don't get exported with optimized svg.

What happened?

Browsers show blank page and, in case with Optimized SVG, it didn't even export the path.

What should have happened?

Display in the browser and Optimized SVG should export the path, even if it's an arc type circle, possibly, by converting to a path during save to optimized svg.
