Custom icon theme not showing up on Windows 10
Summary
After installing an icon theme as an icons.svg in C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\inkscape\icons, the icon theme just doesn't show up. Upon further research it appears that the icons.svg gets overwritten by the gtk theme and the only way to prevent this form happening is to use gnome-tweaks. Unfortunately, I am using Windows 10, so there is no possibility to run gnome-tweaks, and thus there is no way for me to set a custom icons.svg.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- open the path specified in Edit > Preferences > System > Icons
- put your icons.svg in the specified path
- restart inkscape
What happened?
There is no option of your icon theme
What should have happened?
The icon theme should've shown up in Edit > Preferences > Interface > Themes > Icons > Icon theme dropdown.
