Color replace addon doesn't work for mesh gradients

Summary:

using color replace addon doesn't replace colors of mesh gradient nodes

Steps to reproduce:

• Make mesh gradient
• open color replace addon
• replace color in mesh gradient

What happened?

it didn't change the colors

What should have happened?

It should've been replaced with another color
