Expanding and shrinking layer's objects list still doesn't work properly in version 1.3.1

Summary:

Today I upgraded to version 1.3.1, and I saw that although it was stated that the expansion and contraction problem in the layers dialog was solved, it still does not work properly. To shrink or expand the list of objects in a layer you have to double click on the small arrow next to the layer name, instead of a single click, and this sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes it works but also puts the row into rename mode.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Create multiple layers and objects
• Try expand and shrink the layers' lists

What happened?

If you double-click the small arrow next to the layer name it sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't, and sometimes it works but also puts the row into rename mode.If you click only once it only select the layer/

What should have happened?

One click on the small arrow shoud expand or shrink the list. Maybe double-click in additional locations in the line should do the same thing - the ui developers have to decide on the exact method.
