Inkscape window never opens, process hung in background
Summary:
On my Windows 10 machine, Inkscape refuses to start. The process is visible in the background, but the window never opens. There is no user preferences folder located in AppData/Roaming - it is never created. Attempted using Inkscape 1.2.2 and 1.3 fresh msi installs (as well as Windows store version) Attempted sfc /scannow but no system integrity violations were found.
Note: I have used Inkscape successfully in the past, but I'm unable to find any leftover data that could be causing the problem
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape (using shortcut, svg file, or via command line)
- observe result
What happened?
- Inkscape never opens, but process remains running in task manager
What should have happened?
- Window should have opened

inkscape --debug-info also hangs, but I'm using the latest 1.3 version from the website.
