Seperate layers for each Inkscape page

1. When a user create second page then it means he is creating other visible objects apart from previous page so it is a better idea to have seperate layers system for each page.

   

   this system will only affect the layers tab but the objects of all other pages should be copied or cloned freely. that means only the visibility of layers should be changed from page to page. this is useful as when we create more pages then the no of layers will be more and it is hard to manage them.

2. I also know that currently inkscape finds difficulty handling large file so i am proposing a solution which major 3d software use like - exporting the block(here page) to new document (inkscape svg) and link it to current file that way the raster image of the file will be visible and there can be an option to jump to link file as well.
