Export: missing feature -> checkbox "Use exported objects's size"

Summary:

Inkscape 1.3 did remove the important export feature: checkbox "Use exported objects's size"

This feature was very useful in version 1.2.2 and less, because in majority of cases the user want to export just the pure content of a drawing, and not a selection or the entire page.

Steps to reproduce:

The feature was implemented in Inkscape 1.2.2 and is missing in Inkscape 1.3:

Inkscape 1.2.2

1. Open an existing drawing (content is not important)
2. File -> Save As -> PDF

What happened?

feature is not there

What should have happened?

Then a pop-up window "Portable Document Format" shows up, which allows to set the "Output page size" in two options:

a) "Use document's page size" b) "Use exported object's size"

Option b) is very helpful and missing now in Inkscape 1.3.
