Import web image: no search results when searching a web image

Summary:

Searching for a web image works but takes a few moments the first time in Windows but in Linux (Only used the Inkscape Official Ubuntu PPA) no search results are displayed based on search query and after a while a window not responding dialog by desktop environment is displayed ... (write here)

Steps to reproduce:

• If using the Inksape PPA install python3-cachecontrol debian package from Ubuntu repository. Without the package the import web image dialog will not display.
• open Inkscape
• Click Import web image in File menu
• Search for a web image by typing any text like 'cat' in the search box and press Enter/Return key
• ...

What happened?

No web image search results are displayed ...

What should have happened?

Results of a web image search should be shown if there are web images that match the search query ...
