Outline Overlay Display Mode bugs transformation handles

Summary:

Transformation handles are difficult to see when working on Outline Overlay Display Mode

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Create a shape
• Select it with the selection tool
• Switch to outline overlay

What happened?

Transformation handles are invisible now

What should have happened?

They should be still visible
