Last typed letter doesn't update Live Path Effects

Summary:

When using live path effects on text, the last letter typed doesn't cause the attached live path effects to update.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• create text
• apply live path effect (clones)
• see video for further settings if needed
• edit the text

What happened?

Last letter isn't correctly rendered in the cloned LPE

What should have happened?

It should stay up to date.
