Text kerning keyboard shortcuts (Alt+[, Alt+], Alt+<, Alt+>) not working on MacOS Ventura

These keyboard shortcuts don't work on MacOS (and any others that use Option+[key]) because they're permanently bound to accent characters, such as: åß∂∑´®“‘≤≥÷µ˜∫√ç

I suspect the keybinding map in Inkscape would need to map those special characters instead of Option+[key] to get the correct behavior for MacOS.
