adjust color in status bar, automaticly open dialog fill and stroke

Summary:

dialog fill and stroke open after i change fill or stroke color (hue, saturation, lightness and alpha channel) in status bar

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• make object rectangle or circle
• fill object or add stroke color
• change color fill or stroke in status bar like hue, saturation, lightness

What happened?

open dialog fill and stroke

What should have happened?

not open dialog fill and stroke
