When I pull the node with the control key the node snaps

Steps to reproduce:

I have a problem that is quite messed up, when I pull a node from one point to another holding the ctrl key it rotates the node 15 by 15 degrees, but when the snap is activated even holding the control key it jumps to the next nodes.

When I have these problems in a simpler way, do you prefer that I post on the site's forum or can I post here? thanks.
