Opening 2 documents - bring up Document properties cause Inkscape to franticly swap focus between the Inkscape sessions

Summary:

When a document is open, and then another documents opens and if the Documents properties are being opened for the latest opened document, Inkscape seems to go in something that looks like a 'panic mode' - that is, both windows seems to claim windows focus - so Inkscape swap focus like 4-6 times a second.

To stop this "crazy race" , either of the documents have to be closed.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape (a document opened as argument)
• then open another svg document.
• For the latest document, bring up the Document properties dialog box.

What happened?

Rapidly shifting focus between the two opened Inkscape windows. Seems that both windows try to automatically take windows focus. ...

What should have happened?

Nothing - at least Inkscape shouldn't try to force windows activation. ...
