default text unstable changing

Summary:

4 ) The default text is not always formated like we would like it to be. it is difficult to understand when inkscape saves the default text parameters or not

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Use the text tool
• remember the default font that is in use. (maybe Arial bold with stroke)
• draw some stuff (during 20 min for exemple)
• forget about the default text tool and never touch it

What happened?

• after 20 new text have been created and some drawings have been made, the "default text font settings" have changed without any warning or proposal.

What should have happened?

A button sould ask confirmation when changing the default text parameters.
