Respect refX and refY when using Symbols
Summary:
When you drag a Symbol into a drawing, it is placed at some weird offset of the cursor position.
Steps to reproduce:
- open Inkscape
- create an element
- convert the element to a symbol
- drag another instance of the symbol into the drawing
What happened?
The instance's position is some offset relative to the cursor, seemingly based on some proportion of the symbol's dimensions.
What should have happened?
The position should be such that the anchor point [(refX,refY) or center by default] is exactly where the cursor is.
