XAML export does not exist in Inkscape 1.3 Windows MSI installation

Summary:

I cannot export XAML file from Inkscape. There is no option in File | Save, nor in extensions. After installation, folder C:\Program Files\Inkscape\share\inkscape\extensions\other\extension-xaml is empty.

Steps to reproduce:

Open Inkscape Try to save document as XAML

What happened?

There is no option in menus to save as XAML.

What should have happened?

XAML format should be available in File | Save dialog.
