Default stroke width is not exactly 1px

Steps to reproduce:

• Start with a fresh Inkscape installation.
• Draw a straight horizontal line.
• Inspect the stroke-width of the line.
• Switch the stroke-width measurement unit from mm to px.

What happened?

• 1,002

What should have happened?

• 1,00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000
• This looks like one of the many rounding errors that are typical of Inkscape.
