Feature request: Powerpoint style dual color pattern fill
Hi, firstly thank you to all devs on creating and contributing to Inkscape.
A possible way to improve the Pattern fill feature is through an extension or a native feature with basic dual-color patterns similar to what is available in PowerPoint (Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/dAAohvx.jpg). The user can be given the option to choose the basic pattern, and enter the value for foreground/background color, and values for scaling and rotation. By allows users to input a "value" for scale/rotate, users can consistently reproduce the patterns because the scaling/rotation would be dependent on the value and not the relative position of handles being dragged.
