Show/hide dialogs (F12) affects dialogs in all windows

Problem

1.- When showing/hidding panels in one instance of Inkscape, every instances changes too. (DESIGN CHOICE?)

2.- When showing dialogs, every instance is focused for some miliseconds to be changed and a non-current instance stays focused (I have to go back to the one I was editing). (BUG?)

What should it do

1.- Every instance of Inkscape should remember its own Dialogs show/hide state. Sometimes I edit one and take

2.- Shen showing dialogs, current instance should stay focused.
