Italic text style doesn't work with Farsi/Persian language (And probably Arabic and ...)

Summary:

I can't write texts in italic style in Farsi (Persian) languages. It works without problem in other softwares (Such as Gimp and LibreOffice)

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Write a text in Farsi
• Make text italic
• It doesn't change at all.
