Selecting a font from the dropdown chooses the wrong font

Summary:

If you select a font from the dropdown in the toolbar, Inkscape instead applies an adjacent font, even after manually typing the name of the font. This doesn't happen if you use the Text and Font panel.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open Inkscape.
• Add text using the text tool (T on the keyboard).
• Select font from the dropdown menu.

What happened?

Inkscape chose a different font from what was selected.

What should have happened?

The chosen font should've been applied.
