1.3dev: XML editor's attributes pane fails to update occasionally

Summary:

When moving the XML editor around and resizing its window, sometimes the right pane with the attributes fails to update. It can either be empty, or show the attributes of the previously (not the currently) selected item.

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• play with XML editor

What happened?

Doesn't update accordingly.

What should have happened?

Should update.
