The macOS keyboard shortcut to switch between multiple Inkscape windows does not work

Steps to reproduce:

• open Inkscape
• Have two Inkscape windows open at the same time.
• Press Command + ` (or Command + < depending on the keyboard layout) to switch between the two open documents

What happened?

• Nothing

What should have happened?

The application should have switched focus between the two open documents.

Inkscape Version and Operating System:

• Inkscape Version: 1.0 alpha 2
• Operating System: macOS
• Operating System version: 10.13
