missing string for translation (and another one not appearing translated)

Summary:

In 1.3 test version (at least on Windows), open Object > Symbols...

In the right pane there is a drop down menu that says Current document / All symbol sets / etc. with these two strings in English only, regardless the current UI language.

1. The "Current document" string appears to be missing from the .pot file.

2. There is one "All symbols set" string already translated, but probably it belongs to other menu (?) as it has no influence on the one mentioned here.

In my case it is about Romanian, but I checked also with de and it and there is no difference.

(described above, with the UI set to whatever language except English)

The strings should be included for translation and/or if (?) the "All symbols set" is the one in question, it should appear translated.
